The Hands Behind the Shine
GrimeBlast is led by Jake Hiers, a Central Florida native who grew up in a family of entrepreneurs dedicated to keeping facilities spotless and customers satisfied. With both parents leading successful commercial janitorial companies, Jake learned early that success comes from showing up, working hard, and treating people right. He was surrounded by integrity and experienced first-hand that success isn’t just about clean buildings, but about earning trust and taking pride in every job. Building on that foundation, Jake founded GrimeBlast Facility Services which focuses on power washing services to maintain and restore Commercial, Industrial and Residential facilities.
“I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands,” Jake says. “Pressure washing gives me the chance to do something I love while building successful business — one that helps other people protect what they’ve worked so hard for.”
GrimeBlast Facility Services is an Enterprise Member of PWNA — Power Washers of North America. Jake has earned his Certified Contractor Badge through compliance courses including: OSHA 1910, Respirator, DOT and Environmental. In just a few months, he will be certified on drone-assisted exterior cleaning which will take his business to a whole different level. (pun intended!)
